Quick Tips:
- If your permissions allow you to upload files into the system, you will see an area called 'Utilities' after you have logged in. This area contains applications that allow you to drag and drop folders and/or files onto them and upload them to a location of your choice, without being logged in through a traditional web browser
- If you want to download all the images in a particular folder, add the folder to the basket rather than individual files
- To add all the files found in your search results to the basket, click the basket icon on the far right of the navigation bar rather than individual files
- Most images and documents can be previewed at a larger size by clicking the small preview of the file. If the file is a Quark Xpress or Indesign document the images used within the document will be shown as links
- The searching and finding of assets can be greatly improved by adding descriptive meta data or keywords to files
- Always use the logout button, rather than just quitting the browser when finishing your session
